Thank you for choosing The Velar Company.

Please read these Terms carefully.

By purchasing from The Velar Company or registering an account, you agree to these Terms, which will result in a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and The Velar Company. We'll start with the basics, including some definitions that should help you understand these Terms.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy) set out the terms and conditions under which you may purchase the Product in accordance with the Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with the purchase. Certain Product features may be purchased as add-ons to your The Velar Company account. Unless otherwise expressly stated, these Terms apply to your use of add-ons.

Definitions
TVC: indicates The Velar Company
User: indicates any user of the site, even those who do not have a personal or commercial account.
Parties: means TVC and the customer jointly.
Site: indicates the website www.thevelarcomany.com and related subdomains owned by TVC.
Product(s): indicates the goods sold by TVC to the customer indicated in the Order Confirmation and having the characteristics and qualities described on the Site.
Contract: indicates the agreement, governed by these general conditions of sale, concluded between TVC and the customer following acceptance by TVC of the Order Confirmation, pursuant to which TVC undertakes to deliver the Products to the customer, according to the methods and terms specified below.
Order Confirmation: indicates the customer's acceptance, forwarded to TVC via electronic transmission, of the unit price of the Product (i.e. the total price of the Products, in case of purchase of multiple goods), of the transport costs, when present, of the characteristics and quality of the Product (or Products) and the provisions contained in these general conditions of sale.

Eligibility
To purchase the Product you need:

• Be legally capable of entering into a contract or have parental authority to make a purchase on the Site;
• Order the Products for personal use only. You undertake not to market, resell or distribute the Products in any way to third parties for non-private and, in particular, non-commercial purposes;
• accept these Terms;
• provide true, complete and up-to-date contact and billing information.

By purchasing from TVC, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the requirements listed above and that you will not use the Product in a way that violates any law or regulation. Please note that by representing and warranting, you are making a legally enforceable promise.
TVC may refuse product, terminate any user's accounts, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

Availability and product details
If the Products are unavailability, we will inform you as soon as possible by telephone or email and let you know when they are available again. The availability of products, although constantly updated, may vary not in real time and without notice. We decline any responsibility in case of delay due to unavailability of the supplier's stock. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for insignificant differences between photographs, text or illustrations of items on our site and the goods ordered.

Price
All prices indicated on the site include VAT. Shipping costs can be verified at the time of purchase.
TVC reserves the right to change its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the prices established at the time of the order.

Payment
The order for the Products will only be processed starting from the date of actual and full payment for the order.
Once your order has been confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email summarizing the essential elements of your order.

PayPal
Paypal is a safe and fast system for online credit card payments. Your personal information is safe because it is never shared with the seller.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can make the payment through your account. Simply enter your email address and password.
If you are not yet registered you can still select this form of payment and you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you can enter your details and pay directly by credit card.
By clicking on Pay, PayPal charges the amount directly to the assigned card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard) or prepaid card (PostePay).
In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by The Velar Company, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

Shipping and delivery
The Products are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of the order. This address may be different from your billing address.

As always, our staff will be at your disposal to resolve any problems related to delivery.
Given the onerous cost of storage, the customer is asked to indicate a shipping address where collection of the goods is guaranteed.
We recommend that you leave us your telephone number (preferably a mobile phone) on which you will certainly be reachable only for the purposes of possible contact by the courier in the event of problems with the delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping address.
If your order is “shipped,” we will not be able to change your shipping or billing information.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact our staff. Your change request will then be taken into consideration.

Refunds
We promise to refund or replace lost, damaged or mismatched products.
In this case, we invite you to contact our staff no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
If your complaint is accepted, we will send you an email with a transport letter to place on the package. We will pay for the return of the goods. The products must be returned intact and in their original packaging. Once we receive the package, we will proceed with a new production or with a partial or total refund of your order.

Right of withdrawal of material products
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within this period, by means of written communication by sending a written communication to the email address info@thevelarcompany.com, including the identification details necessary to identify the purchase.

Once the aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, TVC will promptly communicate to the customer the instructions on how to return the goods.

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the Products within 14 days from the authorization date.
ATTENTION: The customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

supply of sealed products opened by the customer;

supply of products ordered specifically for the customer or customized.

ATTENTION: The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

• The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
• The purchased product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts;
• Shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;
• delivery costs to the customer and any other additional costs highlighted at the time the order was placed will not be reimbursed;
• the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

in the event of damage to the goods during transport, TVC will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the goods.

In this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

TVC is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

If the original packaging and/or packaging are damaged, TVC will withhold a percentage from the refund due as a contribution to the cost of the repair.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with these contractual conditions, TVC will reimburse the buyer within 30 days from the date of receipt of the Products by the customer the amounts paid (with the exception of packaging and shipping) in the same payment methods used by the User.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the TVC headquarters, available to the customer for collection at his own expense.

Right of withdrawal of digital products
The User who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made of digital Products which have not yet been downloaded (not supplied on a material support) or services can withdraw from the contract within 14 days starting from the day of conclusion of the contract, by sending a written communication to the email address info@thevelarcompany.com, including the identification details necessary to identify the purchase.
If the User decides to withdraw from the contract within the aforementioned period, after having verified that the digital Product for which the withdrawal was exercised has not been downloaded, TVC will refund all payments received from the User without undue delay and , in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the User communicated to TVC that he wished to withdraw from the contract.

TVC will refund the price of the Product using the same payment methods used by the User. TVC will also delete the returned Product from the relevant section of the Site, with the consequence that you will no longer be able to view or access it.

In the event that TVC ascertains that, despite the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the download of the returned Product has been carried out, TVC will communicate to the User, within 7 working days, that the withdrawal request cannot be accepted and that the User is not entitled to any refund, as the execution of the contract began with the express consent of the User and with the acceptance of the fact that, with the start of the download of the digital Product, the User would lose the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal from the purchase of a digital Product is excluded in the case of downloading the Digital Content. By activating the download link, made available to the User after purchase, the User requests the start of the execution of the contract, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and declares to be aware that he will lose the right of withdrawal, once the download has started.

Confirmation of the prior consent expressed at the beginning of the execution of the contract, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and of the acceptance of the fact that, in this way, the User would have lost the right of withdrawal, is transmitted by e-mail . The User can therefore withdraw from the purchase contract of a digital Product within 14 days starting from the day the order is sent, with the methods indicated above, but loses the right of withdrawal, in the event that, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, download the purchased Content.
