Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship your order, you will receive a specific notification.

Domestic shipping rates and estimates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local delivery
There is no local delivery of the products.

Pickup in store
In-store collection is not available

International shipments
At the moment, only shipments to Italy are not foreseen.

How can I check the status of an order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@thevelarcompany.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
